Body Shop Customer Service Representative – Automotive
We are looking for an individual who has a passion for people in a work environment dedicated to our customers and the success of our team members. This position requires versatility in handling customers and the details associated with ensuring a positive experience throughout the repair process.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet body shop customers promptly and courteously—attitude is everything!
- Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs.
- Answer phone & schedule repair estimates and appointments.
- Creating files & organizing documents.
- Overseeing Body Shop accounts receivable schedule
- Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
- Email communication with clients for followup
Qualifications
- Proficient in data entry
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Effective communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency, in Spanish
- Familiarity with outbound calling technique
- Experience in the automotive industry a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
